I've been listening to Triple J, a radio station in Australia, at work a bit lately and it's totally making me miss Australia. I miss the music scene in Brissie, surf, humidity, the accents, food, people, and walking to work.
Dude i'm going to see Eskimo Joe on the 3rd of next month, i'm so stoked! Its gonna be tops. One of my all time favourite Australian bands (and i've not so far managed to see them live!). They've got support from Little Birdy (they sing Come On Come On if you've heard it). So it should be a great show its a shame you're not here, i'm sure you'd enjoy it... Catch ya round mate, Symo
Went to see Gomez last week at the Tivoli - Was awesome, only 6 from the front. My ears only rang for about 2 days this time. You must admit - pretty good place to live - our Brisvegas. Symo - if you read this - where are Eskimo Joe playing? Take it easy Ryan.
Eskimo Joe are also playin' at the Tivoli (who doesn't love the Tivoli!)... Though they soldout of there pretty quickly. But i do hear that they're gonna be playing down at The Alex *shudders*... Why oh why they would play at that dump in the middle of nowhere i haven't a clue! I used to live a 5minute walk from there... The world really has gone mad...
